You agree to follow these rules by entering the property. You must exit the property if you do not agree.

| No refunds for weather or early departure | Piney Point is a residential area—please drive slowly and watch for children. | |
| QUIET HOURS 11 PM UNTIL 9 AM. No loud music during the day | No music and no bright lights during quiet hours. | NOISE, SHOUTING, OR DISTURBANCE MAY RESULT IN EXPULSION FROM THE CAMPGROUND WITHOUT REFUND |
| Fires permitted only in designated fire pits and grills | Do not move fire pits to the beach. Extinguish and cool all embers and ashes. | Keep fires away from houses, decks, piers, and wood structures. |
| Guests, parents, and visitors bear all responsibility for safe operation of recreational equipment. | Guests, groups, parents, and visitors bear all liability for damage and injury caused by recreational equipment operation. | |
| Do not change campsites without manager approval. | Keep your area clean — trash left behind may result in fees. | |
| Gate Closes Midnight to 7 AM on summer weekends and holidays | Those arriving after midnight park cars outside the gate until morning. | |

CampMD assumes no responsibility for the improper operation of any type of vehicle or recreational equipment or the damage it may cause to property or persons; it is your responsibility to follow all appropriate safety guidelines for the use of these vehicles and to maintain valid insurance. Additionally, CampMD is not responsible for the loss or damage to client property, including belongings left inside the houses. CampMD does not have lifeguards within the campground; the client agrees to swim at their own risk and to ensure that their children or companions use the necessary safety equipment, such as life jackets, before entering the river. Please be aware that the water is deeper and the current stronger outside the campground limits. CampMD reserves the right of admission and the right to evict or cancel the reservation of any person or group. Guests who are removed for breach of this contract or failure to comply with our rules are ineligible for refunds. Guests and visitors agree CampMD may conduct a search of their cabin or property without prior notice. This policy is necessary to ensure the safety of everyone. BY ENTERING AND STAYING ON THE PROPERTY, GUESTS AND VISITORS ACCEPT ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED TO PROPERTY OR STAFF AND TO COVER THE COSTS OF REPAIR, COMPENSATION, OR CLEANING. GUESTS AND VISITORS EXCLUDE CAMPMD AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE OR LOSS INCURRED DURING THEIR STAY AT THE CAMPGROUND. GUESTS AND VISITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OR DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE PEOPLE ACCOMPANYING THEM IN THEIR VEHICLE. No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature. Camping is an outdoor experience. No Refunds are given if you leave early.
